A 43-YEAR-OLD man is set to appear in court after a suspected explosive device was found at Lowestoft railway station.
Police found the device while searching a man at Lowestoft railway station on Thursday, and bomb disposal experts were called to make the device safe.
Neil Lewington, 43, of Tilehurst, Reading, was charged with possession of an article to cause criminal damage and a public order offence.
He is due to appear before Lowestoft Magistrates Court on November 11.
