A MAN is due to appear in court charged with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.

A MAN is due to appear in court charged with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
The attack happened on a Sunday afternoon in a business property on London Road, Stanway, near Colchester.
A 22-year-old man from Enfield in North London has subsequently been charged with one count of sexual assault.
He was arrested on Sunday December 7 last year. The alleged assault happened on November 16 2008.
He is currently on police bail and will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on April 14.
