A 23-year-old man has been charged with driving offences following an incident in Raglan Street in Lowestoft on January 14.
Dzanetas Simanskas, of Norwich Road, Lowestoft, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle following a collision at around 10.30am where a Renault Laguna collided with a number of parked vehicles.
He was taken into custody and subsequently charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, driving with no licence and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
He was bailed following charge and appeared before Lowestoft Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon.
