A MAN has tonight been charged with kidnapping after an incident in Bucklesham Road, Ipswich on Sunday evening.
Hector Seaman, of no fixed abode was being questioned at Ipswich police station before officers charged him with kidnapping and failing to provide a breath test.
The 26-year-old has been remanded in custody to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
