A MAN from Essex has denied the manslaughter of his girlfriend who died when she was struck by a train.

A MAN from Essex has denied the manslaughter of his girlfriend who died when she was struck by a train.
Darren Palmer, of Clacton, appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court this morning to enter a not guilty plea following the death of mother-of-two Kelly Mack.
Miss Mack, 29, died following an incident on a crossing at Hythe station, Colchester, on March 27.
Palmer was remanded in custody and will face trial in early January next year.
