A MAN has died after collapsing on a roof today.
The air ambulance landed in the playground at Frinton Primary School after they were alerted to the incident in nearby The Close.
Emergency services were called at 10.55am to reports suggesting the casualty had fallen from the roof.
But when they arrived paramedics discovered the 66-year-old man had collapsed on the rooftop.
Despite attempts by the ambulance crews to resuscitate the man, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
