A pedestrian was left fighting for his after a car came off the road and collided with him, pinning him against a wall.The accident happened in Key Street, Ipswich about 7am and left the man with life threatening injuries.

The 45-year-old male driver of the car was arrested on suspicion of driving while over the prescribed limit (drink or drugs).
