A MAN was taken into police custody following reports of a potential jumper on the Orwell Bridge.
Thames Coastguard received a request for assistance from Suffolk police a 2.58am yesterday. Coastguard units from Felixstowe and Holbrook were sent to the scene. Soon after units arrived, the man was taken into police custody.
