POLICE have arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash in Colchester last year.
A 21-year-old local man was arrested yesterday on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and released on bail to May 4 pending further enquiries.
The collision happened in Cymbeline Way shortly after 2.30am on Saturday, November 21, 2009.
An 18-year-old, Michael Hammond, from Spring Chase, in Wivenhoe, died at the scene.
