A 54-YEAR-OLD Lowestoft man has appeared in court charged with raping three young children.
Harry Burns, of the High Street, is alleged to have raped the children, who are all under 13, on August 13.
Burns was also charged with inciting two of the children to engage in sexual activity on August 13 and indecently assaulting one of them on the same date.
Lowestoft Magistrates' Court remanded Burns in custody on Saturday until August 28 when he will appear at Ipswich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
