A MAN has appeared in court charged with raping an 87-year-old woman in Great Yarmouth.
Andrew Gibb, 41, of no fixed abode, was remanded in custody after appearing before magistrates in Norwich.
His next scheduled appearance is at Norwich Crown Court on April 14.
Gibb is accused of raping the pensioner at her home in Great Yarmouth on Easter Monday.
The woman cannot be identified for legal reasons.
