A man had his wallet snatched from his hand while taking cash out from an ATM in Clacton.
The man, aged in his 50s from Clacton, was outside Halifax bank in Station Road around 2.40pm on April 30, when his wallet was stolen.
The suspect is described as white, 6ft tall, of medium build, with fair stubble, aged in his early 30s and wore a grey hooded top and black jacket.
