LATE-night rail passengers were delayed when a man walked near the tracks at Colchester Town station.
British Transport Police confirmed they arrested and later charged a man with trespass, following the incident at 11.25 yesterday evening.
A spokesman said BTP were on the scene within 10 minutes.
He added: “He’s had a few drinks and went off up the line.”
