A man arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of Patrick Baker in Sudbury last month has been re-bailed.
The 38-year-old man from Sudbury was due to attend Ipswich Police Station this afternoon but has had his bail extended and must now return to Ipswich Police Station on July 7.
Two men were last month charged with the murder of Mr Baker, and a fourth man remains on police bail having been arrested and questioned on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with this inquiry.
