POLICE are investigating today after a body was found in undergrowth in Ipswich.
POLICE are investigating today after a body was found in undergrowth in Ipswich.
Officers noticed a smell in Ranelagh Road in the early hours of this morning and went back to investigate in daylight.
At about 8am the body of a man, believed to be elderly, was discovered near Gippeswyk Park.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said: “The body appears to have been there for some time.”
He added that the death was currently being treated as unexplained.
