POLICE have cordoned off a Suffolk road after a man was seriously hurt in a gang attack.
POLICE have cordoned off a Suffolk road after a man was seriously hurt in a gang attack.
The incident, in London Road South, Lowestoft, saw a man in his 50's assaulted by at least two men in the alleyway near to the Royal Court Hotel at about 10.25pm last night.
The victim was taken to James Paget hospital where he remains in a critical condition after sustaining serious head injuries.
An investigation has been launched and officers are appealing for witnesses to contact police immediately.
