The single vehicle accident happened on Papermill Lane, Bramford, near Ipswich on Saturday night.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance said the man suffered lacerations to his head in the collision at just gone 8pm.
He was taken to Ipswich Hospital but there was no update available on the extent of his injuries.
