Fire crews from Eye, Debenham and Norfolk attended the scene of the crash at Dublin Road between Occold and Beddingfield at about 6.10pm.
The silver Ford Ranger Thunder 4x4 was found on its side and fire fighters had to use cutting gear to free the one male casualty.
Ambulance crews have taken him to hospital but it is believed his injuries are not life threatening.
