A SHOPKEEPER was forced to hand over cash when he was threatened with a knife by a gang of masked robbers.
Three men went into the Premier Shop on The Green, Lowestoft, around 9.20pm last night.
They threatened the shopkeeper with a knife before hitting him and made off with cash from the till.
The shopkeeper was shaken by the incident but was uninjured.
The offenders are described as wearing masks, black trousers and black jackets, and two were wearing gloves.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious before the incident or who may have information about the offenders to call Lowestoft CID on 01986 835300 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
