The latest incident saw the Co-op store in Birch Drive, Brantham targeted.
Two men wearing balaclavas burst into the store at 9.10pm and threatened staff. They escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robbery followed two similar attacks on stores in Barrow and Newmarket on Tuesday night, although it is not known whether they are being linked to last night's attack.
A police spokeswoman said: “We would appeal for any witnesses to this crime, or any similar crimes, to come forward.”
A spokesman for the ambulance confirmed they were called to a report of an armed robbery but were not needed to treat anyone.
