Jonathan Clarke, 19, and Jimi Lee Stewart, 24, entered not guilty pleas today at Norwich Crown Court.
Maria Chandler, 40, did not enter a plea during the hearing.
The three stand accused of murdering 17-year-old engineering student Simon Everitt, of Great Yarmouth, between June 6 and June 29. His body was found in woodland near the town.
Clarke, of Telford, Stewart, of Great Yarmouth, and Chandler, also of Great Yarmouth, are next due to appear before the court on December 11.
Their trial has been listed for April 20.
