A 37-year-old man from Sudbury will appear before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court today (December 31) charged with two sexual offences.
Michael Holton, of no fixed abode, was arrest on suspicion of sexual grooming on December 29.
He was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre where he was questioned by detectives.
Holton was charged with attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and attempting to cause or incite a girl under 13 years of age in sexual activity.
He will appear in front of magistrates today (December 31).
