A FIRE crew from Mildenhall was called out just before 5am today (Sunday) to tackle a car alight near the airfield at RAF Mildenhall on the A1101.
They used a hose reel and wore two sets of breathing apparatus to put out the flames.
It took the crew under 15 minutes to deal with the incident.
