POLICE are hunting robbers who knocked a man out by hitting him from behind.
The incident happened in an alleyway in North Place, Mildenhall at around 1am on Saturday.
Police say the 23-year-old was walking through the alleyway when he was hit from behind and fell to the floor unconscious.
When he came round he found cash stolen from his wallet. He suffered facial injuries. Anybody with information should call Dc Andy George at West Suffolk CID on 01284 774100 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
