The woman who died after a three-vehicle crash on the A11 at Mildenhall has been named by police.
Sharon Field suffered serious injuries when her VW Passat was involved in a collision with a Citroen Picasso and a box van north of Fiveways at 11.15am on Tuesday.
The 56-year-old, from Offley in Hertfordshire, was taken to Addenrooke’s Hospital, but died the following day.
The male driver of the box van was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Citroen Picasso was uninjured.
Witnesses are asked to call to call Pc Karl Hale at the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 101 quoting CAD 131 of 1/4/14.
