Motorists escape Hadleigh crash with minor injuries

Motorists involved in a crash in Hadleigh this evening have escaped with only minor injuries.

Suffolk police officers were called to the A1141 close to the junction with the A1071 shortly after 5.30pm, where a Vauxhall Astra and a BMW were involved in a crash.

Firefighters from Suffolk Fire and Rescue were called to help those involved get out of the cars.

A police spokesman said those involved had suffered minor injuries.
