Two buildings in Rickinghall were broken into over the weekend.
The first incident happened between 11pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday. A garage was broken into in Ryder’s Way and several pieces of cycle equipment were stolen.
Among them was a blue Discovery Road bicycle, a grey XTC Cross County off-road bike, a grey Scott Park 4.0 cross country off-road bike and a specialised cross country bicycle wheel.
Between 4pm on Saturday and 10am on Sunday a shed in The Chestnuts was also broken into. A small off-road motorbike anda STIHL orange and black hedge cutter were stolen.
The police are now looking for witnesses to the crimes. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Jaques Grotier on 101.
