Police clocked a motorcyclist travelling at 131mph along the A12 at Wickham Market, near Woodbridge.

Officers from the Road Casualty Reduction Team (RCRT) said they caught “numerous” motorists speeding along the stretch of road on Friday, including a motorcyclist travelling at 131mph.

Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing Unit warned speeding drivers to slow down, reiterating the Fatal Four campaign message on Twitter, that the biggest dangers to safety are inappropriate speed, mobile phone use, not wearing seatbelts and drink/drug driving.
