A motorcyclist in his 80s suffered minor injuries after a car collided with his bike while it was stationary on the A12 east of Ipswich.
Suffolk police received reports of an accident involving a Suzuki motorbike and Renault Clio just before 3pm near the roundabout in Brightwell.
A police spokesman said the driver, a man in his 80s, was taken to Ipswich Hospital with minor wrist injuries. No one else was hurt.
The road was fully re-open by 4.15pm.
