A man has been taken to hospital following a crash between a car and a motorcycle in Barrow, near Bury St Edmunds.

Suffolk police received a call at 6.42am today with reports of a road traffic collision on Barrow Hill, near Bury Road.

One person was taken to hospital following the crash between a Volvo car and a motorcycle. The man’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

A recovery team arrived at the scene at 8.40am to clear away the motorcycle. The road remains open.
