The accident - between a red Citroen Xara, blue Ford Transit van and a silver Vauxhall Corsa - happened around 3.45pm on the A1071 at Thorpe's Hill, Hintlesham, near Ipswich.
Firefighters attended and had to release one casualty using cutting equipment.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said no one involved was seriously injured.
She added that the road was blocked while the vehicles were moved.
