This week we tasked our Suffolk iWitness members with snapping pictures of movement from across the county and beyond.
We wanted our members to take pictures of movement be it capturing a moment perfectly or letting motion blur to create a new dimension to a photograph.
Pictures of anything and everything were sent in, from animals and bikes on the move.
Our winning shot this week comes from Pamela Bidwell, who captured a German shepard jumping through flaming hurdles.
Next week’s iWitness weekly challenge theme is metal.
There are different types of metal all around us so we want to see your best photographs in all of its forms, from polished, rusted, sculpted and everything in between.
To take part, become a Suffolk iWitness member – and you could see your pictures published online on our website’s or in one of our newspapers.
