AN Essex man is due to appear in court charged with the murder of 58-year-old in Jaywick.
John Smith received stab wounds following an incident in Broadway on Saturday, July 11, last year and died in hospital on September 18.
A 42-year-old man, Graham Wheatley, of Golf Green Road, will appear before magistrates in Colchester tomorrow.
Detectives also arrested a 36-year-old woman from Basildon on suspicion of murder. She has been released on police bail pending further enquiries to March 11.
