Police investigating a murder at a pub in the early hours of Sunday have arrested a 56-year-old man.
Police investigating a murder at a pub in the early hours of Sunday have arrested a 56-year-old man.
A man in his 30s was stabbed to death at The Chequers pub, in Writtle, near Chelmsford, at about 1.40am.
The pub was closed at the time of the incident, which happened inside the recently reopened building.
A 56-year-old man from east London has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
