Two primary schools in East Anglia will be closed tomorrow due to burst pipes and flooding. See updates on Monday here.
Myland Community Primary School in Colchester, and Hillside Primary School in Ipswich, will be shut to pupils on Monday, March 5.
Myland is closed due to “damage to the heating system caused by burst pipes and flooding”, according to Essex County Council.
Suffolk County Council has confirmed Hillside will not open because of a burst water main. Arrangements have been made for Year 6 pupils to be taught at nearby Stoke High School – Ormiston Academy.
