POLICE were last night still trying to identify a young woman who was found unconscious on land near Essex University.The woman, aged in her twenties, was found at about 8pm on Sunday evening near Boundary Road.
POLICE were last night still trying to identify a young woman who was found unconscious on land near Essex University.
The woman, aged in her twenties, was found at about 8pm on Sunday evening near Boundary Road.
Police believe she may have fallen through a loose barbed wire fence but doctors have been unable to find any obvious sign of injury.
The woman was still unconscious in Colchester General Hospital last night.
She is described as 5ft 10ins tall, with shoulder length brown hair, wearing a blue jumper and jeans, dark blue suede shoes and a jacket.
She was wearing a ring on her wedding finger which contained four rubies.
Police have liased with Essex University but it is not thought the woman is a student there.
