NEEDHAM Market Town Council is set to give authorisation to a Section 106 agreement related to the development of 92 new homes.
The properties have been proposed for the Taylor Wimpey Development (Needham Maltings), off the High Street.
At a meeting on Wednesday - starting at 7.30pm - the council will resolve the authorisation of the agreement.
It is anticipated that it will agree to delegate the authorisation to sign the agreement to the chairman and clerk.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting.
