New Essex Police recruits will soon be walking the beat as they celebrated the end of training with a passing out parade.
The 13 officers of Intake M were congratulated by Chief Constable Stephen Kavanagh during the ceremony at headquarters in Chelmsford.
Mr Kavanagh said: “Today is a day of pride and reflection to remember how far you have all come.
“My expectation is that you show the same courage, compassion, commitment and integrity those officers that have served before you have shown.”
