The new season has been officially launched at the Long Melford Heritage Centre, with displays including on the First and Second World Wars.
Among the exhibits is a pith helmet that was worn by Long Melford soldier Fred East during the Gallipoli campaign in 1915 which has been provided by his great nephew Tim Seppings.
John Nunn, district councillor for Long Melford, said there is a display on Gallipoli as this year sees the centenary of the campaign.
There is also a Second World War display this year as it is 70 years since the end of the conflict.
David Gevaux, who does research for the centre, said: “We try to keep things fresh every year.”
The centre opens to the public on April 18. It will be open on Wednesday afternoons and on Saturdays and Sundays until October.
