Around 200 tonnes of straw has been set alight in Broads Road, Burwell.
A crew from Soham was called to the incident at around 12.30am this morning.
After talking with the landowner, they decided to monitor the incident and let it burn out. The fire was started deliberately. Anyone with information should call police on 101.
