A HORSE has been rescued by firefighters after its leg became stuck in metal bars in Newmarket.
The horse’s hind leg got stuck in the high metal railing at Kremlin House Stable in Fordham Road at about 10.20am.
Firefighters from Newmarket and Burwell used specialist cutting gear to free the horse by 10.51 am.
It was left in the care of its owner and vets.
