A YOUNG woman was taken to hospital after being kicked in the face by a horse.
Paramedics were called to Bury Road in Newmarket at 9.42am today following reports that a woman had fallen from a horse.
On arrival crews treated a 19-year-old woman who had been kicked in the face by a horse before falling.
The woman was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital by ambulance but her injuries were not thought to be serious.
