A driver for Ipswich buses is hosting an ‘adults only’ comedy night in Framlingham to raise money and awareness of autism.

Paul Leason, known as ‘the little Londoner with the big laugh’, takes to the stage at the Castle Inn tomorrow evening, Saturday, December 1, from 9.30pm.

Paul, who lives in Framlingham with his partner Francesca Hillman and her nine-year-old son Alfie, hopes the event will educate people about the condition as well as raise some cash for the National Autistic Society.

Miss Hillman said: “My son Alfie is autistic so we want to promote awareness as well as thank the people of Framlingham for accepting and supporting us.

“We are looking to raise a few hundred for the charity if we can. “But it definitely an adult-themed comedy night.

“The show won’t be for the faint hearted.”

Entrance to the comedy night is free and charity collection buckets will be passed around throughout the night.
