COMMUTERS returning from London to Ipswich by rail faced delays this evening following a technical fault on the line.
Journeys were delayed by up to 40 minutes due to overhead wire problems at Ingatestone.
Disruption between Ingatestone and Chelmsford meant passengers returning to Ipswich from London faced hold-ups of up to 40 minutes.
National Express East Anglia offered replacement buses until the end of service.
