The man had been bailed six times in relation to Mrs Taylor’s death.
Suffolk Constabulary will be taking no action against a 72-year-old man who was arrested following the sudden death of a Rattlesden woman in July last year.
Beryl Mary Taylor, 70, died suddently in July 2016.
Police had been called to an address in Birds Green in Rattlesden at around 12.30pm on Monday July 11 following the death of Mrs Taylor, who was known as Mary.
A 73 year-old-man had been arrested on suspicion of assisting a suicide and had been bailed six times in relation to Mrs Taylor’s death.
