POLICE investigating the suspicious death of a middle aged man at South Quay, Great Yarmouth have been granted more time to continue questioning a 53 year old man arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder.
POLICE investigating the suspicious death of a middle aged man at South Quay, Great Yarmouth have been granted more time to continue questioning a 53 year old man arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder.
An application to extend the detention period of the man in custody was made to Norwich Magistrates Court and a further 36 hours' detention has been granted.
The body of the victim was discovered on Friday, and police hope to be able to release his identity later on Sunday.
