The clinical commissioning group (CCG) for North East Essex is seeking views about services provided at three Clacton practices.
The surgeries are in Epping Close, Frinton Road and Green Elms, with the contract for services due to expire in April next year.
The CCG now needs to renew the existing contract or find a new provider to run services at the practices.
Sam Hepplewhite, chief officer at the CCG, said: “We want the quantity of services to remain at the practices, however, we would like to know about patients’ experiences of services provided at these three practices to see if any changes should be considered before any new contract is implemented.”
To give feedback, ask the receptionists at the surgeries for a questionnaire, or fill in an online form at neessexccg.nhs.uk/current-engagement.
The closing date is August 31.
