Firefighters were called to the scene of a two-vehicle collision in Norton last night following reports that one person was trapped following the incident.
Crews from Elmswell, Ixworth and a rescue vehicle from Bury St Edmunds were informed about the collision in Ashfield Road by police at about 11pm.
Firefighters on scene used hydraulic cutting gear to release the person who was trapped just before 11.40pm.
