EMERGENCY services are currently on scene at a serious collision in Felixstowe.
Fire crews, ambulance and police were called to the accident on the junction between Maybush Lane and Foxgrove Lane, in Felixstowe, at just before 11am today.
The incident, which involved a Renault Clio and a Toyota Yaris, left one person trapped in their vehicle. It is believed that the collision caused one of the vehicles to leave the road.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said that the air ambulance was called but later asked to stand down.
A rapid response vehicle and a land ambulance are currently on scene.
It is thought that a man involved in the crash has suffered from head injuries.
