BOMB disposal experts were called to Orford Ness yesterday following the discovery of two Second World War bomb shells.
Both devices were found on the beach at Orford Ness at about 10.25am yesterday.
The Royal Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit was called to the scene and Aldeburgh Coastguard was also in attendance.
The Royal Navy team sucessfully detonated the two shells.
